NTT DoCoMo has recently introduced the Lynx Sharp SH-10B at the Communicasia 2010. This gadget has a high-resolution 5-inch touchscreen display and works with Android 1.6 OS. The Lynx SH 10B also has a very small keyboard for thumb typing and a track ball for navigation.
